Empowering System-Impacted Communities
At Dignity and Power Now (DPN), our programs are built with and for system-impacted individuals, their families and communities.
Rooted in healing, advocacy, and collective care, each initiative supports individuals and families navigating the impacts of incarceration and state violence.
From immediate aid to long-term leadership development, our programming centers dignity, transformation, and equity.

Health & Wellness
DPN's Health and Wellness Program is grounded in healing justice practices.
The fight for liberation begins with healing ourselves and our communities from the deep trauma of systemic violence. We believe mental, physical, and spiritual wellness are the roots of true healing and sustainable activism.

Family Meetings
Family Meetings provide safe, supportive, and politically active spaces for families impacted by incarceration, police violence, and the broader carceral system.
Families find emotional support, connection, and empowerment, with many going on to become canvassers, volunteers, and frontline organizers advancing DPN’s abolitionist campaigns and justice reform work.
