Ebonie Hubbard is an Early Childhood Education leader with more than 20 years of experience advancing equity, diversity, access, and inclusion across local, state, and federal systems. She earned her Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from California State University, Long Beach, and has led major initiatives in curriculum design, educator coaching, family engagement, and program compliance that strengthen outcomes for children from birth through third grade.
Ebonie’s work is grounded in the conviction that education is a key intervention in breaking the school-to-prison pipeline. She believes that inequities in access to high-quality early learning fuel cycles of incarceration, and she advocates for culturally responsive, community-centered approaches that address those systemic barriers head-on. By championing pathways that prioritize prevention, empowerment, and opportunity, Ebonie works to ensure that children and families are not limited by circumstance but are supported in realizing their full potential.
