Marcia is a seasoned executive in development, leadership, communications, and programs. She has enjoyed a two-decade career as a health and human services executive, successfully leading innovation and growth for thriving nonprofit organizations. Most recently, she served as the Executive Director of Westside Pacific Villages, a nonprofit focused on providing programs and services for older adults.
Previously, she has served organizations such as United Way of Greater Los Angeles, Junior Blind of America, (now Wayfinder Family Services) Los Angeles Urban League, Liberty Hill Foundation and Lynwood School District. Having generated millions in support of social innovation over the course of her career, her extensive development, leadership and programmatic design experience will contribute to the vision and strategic direction of Dignity and Power Now.
Marcia has a passion for working with vulnerable populations. She currently resides in
Inglewood CA, and in her spare time enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, tennis, playing mahjong and walking around her neighborhood.
