Hilda Eke is a certified Human Resources professional (SHRM-CP) with extensive experience in operations, including developing and coordinating programs and building core systems. She has proven success in creating cultures of collaboration and implementing change to achieve organizational excellence. Hilda possesses experience in transformational leadership, intercultural communication, team building, and change management.
Hilda holds a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics from the University of Benin. Her expertise in directing the administration of all HR functions, and developing strategic operations led to improved productivity and performance in previous positions. Hilda’s innovative work and ability to effectively balance big-picture thinking and strategic planning with hands-on execution have allowed Hilda to achieve objectives both professionally and personally.
Hilda is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Golden Key International Honor Society. She was awarded by the Kano State Governor for her exceptional service to non-profit organizations in Northern Nigeria. Currently, she serves as the Co-Executive Director of Dignity and Power Now, where she is committed to managing operations, sustaining the impact of programs and personnel, and advancing organizational strategic goals.
