The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors will be voting on a motion this upcoming Tuesday to make it easier to fire sheriff’s deputies who have been found to be dishonest in the past and to ask for a review of which deputies should be listed as dishonest or engaged in previous misconduct for the purpose of providing their names to the district attorney – which would directly affect the #300Problematic!
The list is referred to as a “Brady List” because supreme court case Brady v. Maryland requires the prosecution to turn over all exculpatory evidence to the defendant in a criminal case.
